Clinical Notes is where I write for an audience of practitioners — or patients who want to understand the clinical reasoning behind their care.

I'll cover things like: how I approach testosterone lab interpretation, what I've changed my mind about in ten years of practice, and where the research is genuinely uncertain versus where it's just poorly communicated.

These posts assume some familiarity with medical terminology. I'll define terms where it matters, but I won't oversimplify for the sake of it.
