Privacy Policy
Effective October 5, 2026
This policy covers two things: this website (drbarrywheeler.com) and the small personal software applications I operate that connect to Google services through Google's APIs, including Wheeler Drive Backup (together, "the Apps"). It explains what information is collected, how it is used, and how you can remove it. "I" and "me" mean Barry Wheeler, ND.
This website
drbarrywheeler.com is a static website. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or sign-in, and it has no forms. The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services, which, like any web host, may process technical request data (such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request) to deliver pages and protect the service. I do not use that data to identify or profile visitors.
If you email me, I use your message and address only to reply to you.
Google user data accessed by the Apps
The Apps, including Wheeler Drive Backup, are personal tools I use to store, back up and retrieve my own files in Google Drive. When an account authorizes an App through Google's consent screen, the App may access:
- Google Drive files and folders (the
drivescope): file names, folder structure, sizes, checksums and file contents, so the App can upload, list, verify and download files at the account owner's direction.
How that data is used
- Only to provide the App's storage and backup features for the account that authorized it.
- It is not sold, rented or used for advertising.
- It is not transferred to anyone else, except as needed to provide the App's features, to comply with the law, or with the account owner's explicit consent.
- It is not used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- No person reads it except with the account owner's consent, for security purposes, or to comply with the law.
The Apps' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
Authorization tokens are stored only on the computer that runs the App, in files readable only by its owner. Files move over encrypted (HTTPS) connections directly between that computer and Google. I do not keep copies of Google user data on any other server.
Retention and deletion
Access lasts until it is revoked. You can revoke an App's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; the stored token then stops working and is deleted. Files stored in your Google Drive stay under your control there. To ask me to delete anything else connected to your account, email me at the address below and I will do so within 30 days.
Health information
This website and the Apps do not collect health information, and nothing here is medical advice. Please do not send health information through this site or by email to me. Patients of Revive Low T Clinic should contact the clinic directly, where the clinic's own notice of privacy practices applies.
Children
This website and the Apps are not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, I will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
